I spoke with Dan at noontime today. He's oftened returned my calls. He stated that things are moving forward and the SEC filing should be done next week as promised. Based on conversations he's had with their lawyers and accountants there shouldn't be an issue. On the business front, he's been in Europe and met with PetroFina and an Italian oil firm as well. He stated much as Ed Corlew did that things are moving forward with Equitable and that they were meeting with Badger Meter and Fisher Rosemont as well. There is serious interest and he expects a news release with updates on deals soon. He wants to wait until the SEC filing is done to announce that as well. He also gave me 2 names of huge oil companies that I promised I wouldn't release here until he does it through a news release later this month. As much as I would like to see the stock baloon to $2-4 tomorrow, the work that Ed and he are doing will get us there in 2000. Cybersensor will be worth a bunch of bucks and NTAH owns 40% or so of it. When Cybersensor goes public it will easily be worth $300- 400 million and NTAH's piece will make this stock worth a bunch as well. Additionaly, he stated there is a tremendous amount of interest in Europe which NTAH owns 100% of the business there. I've been buying and holding this stock for 2 years and I actually believe that we're positioned extremely well for a strong 2000 and the payoff we've been waiting for. Its only the people like cayman and dealorfx that you have to wonder what there real motive is here. We'll certainly leave them behind in Q1. Actually once the filing is announced the stock should rebound pretty quickly. kramc
