I take this to mean (1) IMUL doesn't have an Allervax partner in sight, and (2)
they don't have much confidence in either their MS or cocaine vaccine
programs. Funny, I know from several sources that MS and Cocaine were
strongly hyped by Marr at the H&Q conference. Let's look at IMUL's record
over the past year: botched 1995 Ragweed trial, Allervax partner punches,
botched Cat trial, President fired, botched 1996 Ragweed trial, Board of
Directors fired, "new" business plan, delayed MS program, delayed cocaine
vaccine program. Notice that IMUL has not met a single milestone in
the old business plan? IMUL is sending a very clear message that isn't
very hard to interpret. The record (management, pre-clinical, and clinical) simply
