The daily chart is nearing a short term buy signal, and a move through 14 1/4 would confirm it. The weekly and monthly charts never did turn negative and the bounce off the 20 week moving average yesterday was very positive. The bullish fundamentals are exerting themselves again, and the overblown decline due to the exercise of expiring options is over. My prediction: 16 within 2 weeks and 18 if the nicotine gum joint venture is announced before Christmas. All IMO.
