IMO, WCG will stay in this range (26-32) until it starts making progress in a few areas: - Europe - Asia - local fiber loops - "last-mile" (fiber, DSL, BBFW) - colocation facilities With LVLT ahead of it and Enron lurking in the shadows, the "carrier's carrier" market is looking a little crowded. QWST, GBLX, NXLK, WCOM/FON, GTE, T, et al. aren't exactly snoozing either.
