About a month ago I switched job and now I work for an E-Commerce company in Holland. They simply have one problem, were on earth do we find people to do the job. Sales is no problem, it's like hot-cakes. I believe Oracle has the same luxury problem. This new market is so incredibly big that there is room for every- body. Paul
