Clark, Note on Qualcomm claim stakes - claim stakes have limited applicability for an infringement case against, for instance, W-CDMA How will Qualcomm be able to gain royalties on WCDMA without patent protection? By "limited applicability" for "claim stakes", are you saying that Qualcomm's patents do not cover WCDMA? Or is coverage somehow otherwise afforded? This is interesting in the context of whether Qualcomm will be able to collect on WCDMA, which most shareholders would like to believe.
