Ruff. Omnipoint may say that it has no GSM, but it is my understanding that Bell South PCS and Omnipoint too are GSM with a different name and few technical differences. So, my take is that Omnipoint is lying by failing to tell the whole truth and is hiding behind symantics. The consequences of this problem are, in my opinion huge. For example. Chinese history is 5,000 years of war, deception and intregue between its many warring states. The power of spying and deception to be decisive in politics and war is deeply embedded in the minds of Chinese childres through legends and popular history. China will tend to drop GSM like a hot potato and distrust those foreign devils who sold it to them. JohnG
