Subsidiary Beyond 2000 Solutions Ltd. announces Zellers
Canada will retail the company's software products in 392
stores nationwide

TORONTO, CANADA--Software Gaming Corp. (SGMS OTC :Toronto) is
pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, Beyond 2000
Solutions Ltd., has shipped 20,000 units of its Y2K test program
IntelliTEST 2000 to Zellers stores across Canada.

IntelliTEST 2000 tests PCs for Y2K compliance. If IntelliTEST
returns a non-Y2K compliant result, the end-user is prompted to
purchase the full version of the software product IntelliFIX 2000
or IntelliFIX 2000 Pro, from Zellers.

Included with IntelliTEST 2000 is a $10.00 mail-in rebate for
proof of purchase of IntelliFIX 2000 or IntelliFIX 2000 Pro and
another mail-in rebate for the software products Speed98 or
SafeNet.

In support of this promotion, Zellers has listed and ordered
IntelliFIX 2000, 2000 Pro, Speed98 and SafeNet from Beyond 2000
Solutions' family of software products for distribution in all of
its 392 stores nationwide.

IntelliTEST 2000 will be made available throughout Zellers stores,
while the other software products will retail in the
Electronics/Home Entertainment department.

It is estimated that the Y2K computer bug will affect over five
million personal, small office and home office PCs in Canada.
Industry reports indicate over 65% of purchases of Y2K fix
software products will be made in the month of December.

Founded in 1931, Zellers is the leading Canadian national chain of
discount department stores. A wholly owned division of Hudson's
Bay Company, Zellers operates in every province of Canada. Since
its purchase by Hudson's Bay Company in 1981, Zellers has grown
steadily through the acquisition of Towers/Bonimart, Woodwards and
Kmart. In 1998, Zellers' sales and revenue were approximately
$4.3 billion.

Zellers targets the budget-minded customer who enjoys value-priced
merchandise, particularly basic/staple, clothing and leisure
items. Excellent values are offered both in national and private
brand merchandise, communicated aggressively with frequent
advertising in both print and electronic media.

Zellers adds value-added savings to the shopping experience with
the introduction of Generation Z, a groundbreaking enhancement on
the concept of Club Z and the first retail loyalty program
designed to extend opportunities for rewards, shopping, saving and
trading to kids whose parents are Club Z members. Club Z was
established in 1986 and has since then rapidly grown into North
America's largest retail loyalty program with 9.8 million members.
