What I really admire about you is you do not have an "Ounce" of faith! Refreshing, actually -- especially on this thread.

First, I met a man (distant neighbor actually) in Tarzana, California when I lived not too far away in Bell Canyon. He was an amateur astronomer, had a 12 inch Newtonian in his back yard, and had worked with NASA for years, and had an older brother who was on one of the arctic expeditions where they found the well-preserved remains of a Mammoth. He showed me B/W photos that his brother (deceased) had left him.

This man told me personally he had not only discussed it with his brother on many occassions, but also had his brother's hand-written notes.

Second, they had a piece on NOVA about it a year or two ago.
