<<<or institutional money manager any money if he's buying
these stocks here. He is not investing your money - he's doubling down and hoping
the dealer flips up and ace, or the roulette wheel lands on red again>>>

And he's got two face cards as well right LOL....

Sad thing is, is when these stocks implode they are going to take everything with it as well. If I didn't believe in Oil's fundamentals (they ain't making anymore of it are they??) I would sell everything I have. Year 2000 is not going to be nice when these people wake up and realize their whole life is ahead of them. No way can your mentioned stocks meet the wildest expectations out there. People are buying like there ain't no tomorrow. The "smart" money thought we would see a dip going in Y2K the opposite is going on and I now believe we will have a nasty market next year, but who cares party like it's 1999......

I am banking on your rotation theory, hope you're right...or I am going to be broke.....

Right now I am listening to some internet analyst justify Yahoo's valuation, what a joke. His best answer is that is is a classic supply and demand equation.
