There is not "a severe shortage" as put by someone else nor is demand "insatiable". It has been pointed out in several articles that demand is strong, strong enough finally to permit some increases in price. But there is nothing out of control with this demand. As an aside I have no problem with your bullish stance so long as it stays within the confines of the rational world. ted
