Dear Pied Piper,

I suppose it's not so much a matter of deciding what you are as much as it is deciding how you plan to treat the company or stock. Some people do both very well but maintain seperate accounts for each type to help themselves maintain discipline. And that's not to say you can't change your mind about a particular situation either.
