Hydrogiene Announces Fully Reporting Status to Take Place by Monday, Dec. 13
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1999--Charles Kallmann, president and CEO of Hydrogiene Corp. (OTCBB:HICSE - news) stated today filing of all required forms needed to complete the company's transition to a fully reporting status is anticipated to take place no later than Monday the 13th of December.

Upon completion of its filing, the company trading symbol will revert to HICS with the E dropped. Further, he stated Hydrogiene is on target as concerns completion of the production assembly facilities to enable it to fulfill the anticipated ramp up to full production of its various Theraclenze and Mediclenze Intimate Personal Hygiene water therapy and sitz bath systems that easily convert tank and flush valve toilets to multi-functional systems.

Hydrogiene anticipates sales of 350-450,000 Theraclenze and Mediclenze models commencing March 2000 to hotels, medical and health care related facilities of all types, as well as to the residential market sector. Retail prices of Hydrogiene systems vary from $99.99 to $139.00. Media advertising is scheduled to commence in February and March 2000.
