Hi Marty.
I think a Growing ARB position shorting EGRP and Buying TBFC.
With Conversion 1 to 1.05 the only Risk is that the deal doesn't go through.... -- and the time involved of course.

What is the termination clause...Does that constitute enough 'good faith' ?? ....
