DORSEY, WRIGHT & ASSOCIATES
POINT & FIGURE INSTITUTE

One of the local universities in Richmond, VA, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), approached us about doing a training class for individual investors using their newly completed meeting space, the Siegel Center. We have been receiving so many requests from individual investors to do a seminar like this so we have teamed up with VCU to do a Dorsey, Wright & Associates Point & Figure Institute. This will be a one day class taught by all of the analysts at Dorsey, Wright & Associates, including Tom Dorsey, in Richmond, VA on Friday, February 11th, 2000. It will be an action packed day of learning about the Point & Figure Methodology. We will begin the day with a discussion on why it is important to incorporate fundamentals and technicals together. From there we will cover charting and chart patterns. Once you have those concepts mastered then we will go on to learning about the market and sector indicators. To wrap up the day we will do a session on “putting it all together” and how to get the most from the DWA Internet Charting system. Short term traders and long term investors will both be able to derive valuable information and tools from the seminar. When you leave from this seminar you will have a logical, organized, and sensible game plan for investing. The seminar will be interactive too – in addition to lectures, there will be time for questions, and each of the sessions is designed so that you have the opportunity to test your skills before leaving. Below you can see the schedule in detail. We have held over 30 of these types of seminars in the past couple of years and each one just keeps getting better and better. Act now though as these seminars usually fill up very, very fast! Here are the specifics on how to sign-up.

When: Friday, February 11th, 2000

Where: Richmond, VA at the Siegel Center

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Cost: $495 per person which includes your training manuals, continental breakfast and lunch.
This fee is non-refundable.

Limited Time Offer: Sign up by December 17th and received a discounted rate of $449 per person!!

Space is Limited: The seminar is limited to the first 70 people. The seminars we have held in the past have filled up very quickly so you want to act soon.

Travel: Each participant is responsible for his/her own transportation. You can fly directly into Richmond, VA or you can fly into Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC and drive down. Baltimore is about a 3 hour drive and Washington, DC is about a 2 hour drive.
As for hotels, we would suggest staying at the Jefferson Hotel. Their number is 800-424-8014 and they are holding a special rate of $125 per night for a block of rooms.

Sign-up: Call Tammy at Dorsey, Wright & Associates with your name, credit card number, address, phone and e-mail. Again, we will take the first 70 people who call in and the fee is non-refundable.
