There are wild speculation going on Yahoo AMD board about what's Chris is trying to convey by saying "It's on". I find this speculation on Chris message from the "lawguyman" more logical -

What is he talking about? He works for Dell. Why else couldn't he talk about something. if not because of that?

I am not a rumor monger, but I am guessing that this means Dell Athlons.
