I sympathize with your concern. I myself am at risk for adult onset diabetes given my family's history with the problem. I was thinking that perhaps the watch could be adapted so that it could be worn unobtrusively, perhaps the ankle of leg under pant legs; although the wrist does seem to be the most natural place for it.
