i think he mistakenly thinks the Fed is going to raise rates.... the merry pranksters will do no such thing. but who knows what he's thinking (and more importantly.. whio cares?).

anyone foolish enough to throw out a specific date 3 weeks in advance for some sort of turn is pretty silly, imo
