I tried doing my own network with a USB networking kit I ordered. Its software erased the ID # of my networking card. So BellSouth ADSL could not recognize it, and I had to call up BellSouth tech support. So I sent the kit back. I vowed then and there that from now on I would pay for computer expertise and won't try something like this on my own ever again. I don't want to blow another Saturday morning.

The technical support guy at BellSouth told me that networking more than one computer per ADSL line invalidated your free tech support. It may be possible if I had a pro build a network. I hear that cable modems are networkable.

It is interesting that SIII is still stuck in the doldrums with all this speculation going on. SIII has enough good news to get the stock moving.
