Well boys and girls, there is a little surprise out there in BNEZ land that the company hasn't told anyone about, a friend of mine e-mailed me last night about it and thinks because of what was found out, it was the reason the stock traded a block of 1 million at 5 cents per share last friday. I know it is a ghost from the past and can't tell you much right now, but he is getting the materials and will soon be able to post part of it to explain what is going on. Not to keep all my fellow Bnezerites waiting, ( the few of us that are left here ) And take it for what it is worth, An appeals Judge in the circut court of Denver has given BNEZ an expedited appeal on our AOL lawsuit. Don't know the whole gist of it, but once my friend gets the copies we will post and try to understand what is going on. Looks like the Judge liked what he saw in our appeal and set a court date in middle of January to do something, not sure, will know more when I get copies of everything. Just thought I would let the few of us left know, looks like everyone else is selling at 1 cent to take tax write offs for end of year. IMHO mitchell
