Thread freedom of speech > after looking over the latest 10K's filed by both NEWZ & ROWE, I find it difficult to understand why anyone with financial knowledge and/or background can find an accurate valuation in this deal. Just a few comments, for example, 3 mos. ended Total Revs 9/99 > NEWZ $19.7m / ROWE $9.5m NewsEdge last quarter was in the black, Individual.com isn't, but ... with e-business and the enterprise market for the internet, it just doesn't fit, imho. Any comments are welcome.
