Just a small matter. A few days ago RT cold stone discontinued my service several hours into the trading day. I called them and they said my credit card was denied. I was very angry to say the least. After checking with my credit card company the matter was fixed with a bank transfer.I've been with RT for a long time and find it very unprofessional to terminate someone mid stream. If you use a credit card...beware! RT was cold, unkind and worried more about there 55 bucks than a long time client. All it would take is a phone call and I would have taken care of the matter at once. I'll use a more reliable service in the future.
