On a slightly different note, Ten, what are your thoughts on whether DDR is comprised within RMBS' patents? I know you're not an attorney, but presume that RMBS' patents would cover DDR if DDR operates in a manner substantially similar to any patented RMBS processes, so long as the processes could not be considered to have been "obvious" to those versed in the art prior to the patenting.
