Market Magnets 12.8.99 geocities.com Notes SPX: Broke Fridays low on close confirming inside bar top formation. Was also a gap fill. In light of that I will remain flat the market watching the 21 min forks for guide to direction tomorrow. Seasonal bullishness and bond rally has me leary of the short side. Dow Jones 30: Fridays lows still untested so yesterdays inside bar not confirmed as a topping style. Key to the Dow is still how it reacts to the two tline crosses this week. I suspect by next Tuesday it will hint to its bias for the next 2-3 months. MA/MLR 56er version still working toward a bull cross. Nas100: Spinning top Monday not confirmed top. Did get a inside bar in the form of a small hanging man. 3148 utrend getting a good test. Russel 2k: No confirm top on shooting star. Put in a hanging man. No bias. Nas Comp: No confirm spinning top.
