KALICO, with all due respect, I disagree Re: ICAB for the following reasons:

1- you said Limited Market; ICAB delivers cable TV, to more than 430,000 customers, in adition to providing ISP to more than 70,000 customers.
KOREA on the other hand delivers ONLY ISP and to only 90,000 customers. I see much more market potential for ICAB as it plays both cable and ISP and it is entering the high speed ISP soon, also I don't exclude the potential of near or long term future possibility to get into the China market, it's parent is Wheelock & Company very powerful co. in HK.

2- ICAB sales 195.5 mils; KOREA sales 7.5 mils.
3- ICAB net Income is -92.9 mils; KOREA net Income is -6.4

as you can see ICAB sales are more than double its debt.
KOREA sales are almost equal to their debt.

I think that when ICAB gets the right attention will do more than KOREA.

Thanks
