Your dad sounds like a very prudent investor and the best of luck to him. As far as the rumor I heard it was a done deal last week. The price was 15-17. All said Global Crossing and one said Qwest. The charts showed a major breakout last week on no news and I thought we would hear something yesterday myself. I only bought on the rumor due to the minimal downside that I saw at this point. I'm still hoping we hear something in the next week or so. I have been unable to nail anybody to a date. For sure 100%'s would have to be either CSCO CMGI or CTXS my favorite..... GOOD LUCK....
