Let's talk about ITV results so far in order to extrapolate the future and identify the ITV industry gorilla.

So far SeaChange has announced agreements for deployment with four MSOs not sites but distinct cable operators who have selected the SeaChange solution: TWX, TeleWest, Rogers, and Guang Dong/China.

At the AEA presentation last month SeaChange stated that an additional 5 MSOs have selected SeaChange for worldwide ITV deployment. (And the stock price jumped and brokers were ringing me to buy big blocks. Just say "Not yet, the best price is yet to come")

At the last CC SeaChange characterized three ITV segments:

1. SFA headends who are the fastest to deploy ITV, SEAC have announced commitments from TWX and Rogers.
2. GI headends who are the slowest to deploy ITV, NO ONE has any announced sites/MSOs.
3. Open systems eheadends which represent the largest world wide opportunity, SeaChange has announced deployment commitments from Guang Dong, China and TeleWest, UK.

And CCUR has announced deployment with one MSO.
