I think that even outwardly contemplating such actions in concert would be in violation of officers' contracts, and contrary to ATHM's charter (but what do I know, I never read it) especially by those who hold office and are charged with fiduciary responsibilities to the parents. I would think that officers would be liable for civil infringements. Unless they were given a free hand at it in writing. Which wouldn't surprise me at this stage. What do others have to say on this? Can ATHM officers legally consider pursuing alternatives, to the extent of evaluating them for supplanting their communal parents in a manner that would stand up in court?
