I know of a Byron but believe me the Byron I know was not the driving force behind the UPGD market. Nice guy and all that but most definitely not part of the group(s) responsible for UPGD's extraordinary market success.

And even though I have known and talked about UPGD for over a year neither can I claim any responsibility for UPGD's market success. I do however know that the main architect behind Upgrade's success is Mr. Daniel Bland its president who over the past 18 months assembled an impressive international team of technical and financial people including the well known Seattle entrepreneur Ron Ericson - Former Chairman of Egghead.com and now chairman of eCharge.com. It wasn't this Byron fellow who got the stock listed in Germany, neither was it this Byron fellow who raised over $15 million. It wasn't Byron who did the deal with UltrCard, nor was it Byron who has literally spent the last 12 months on the road turning sceptics into true believers.

I'm sure some of Byron's friends bought (and sold) UPGD last year when it was under $.30 cents, and I'm sure some of them have done well by it. That is good. But to say the people "who took" Upgrade to $25 are the same people who are now behind "TPWR" is a downright lie.

good luck anyway

etc.
