It's very simple about the strikes. The stock price hasn't been near 7.5 in months, so the option market makers aren't going to waste their time pricing a series that will likely never trade. It will have to broach 7 before we'll see options at that strike again, would be my guess.

I agree with you guys that the stock is attractive at these prices, and may rebuild my position. I somehow managed to sell at 4 1/4 after earnings, getting out with a 1/16 loss per share + commissions. So this hasn't left too bad a taste in my mouth. It sounded like they were negotiating some contracts, from my reading between Sreeni's lines in the press release.

I intend to be in before next earnings, but I doubt I'll have to rush.
