Intel's Data sheet - "Pentium ® III Processor for the SC242 at 450 MHz to 733 MHz Datasheet" - on page 26, in "Table 8. Voltage and Current Specifications" - EXPLICTLY DETAILS the MAXIMUM Icc of each processor speed ".

Can you please post Icc_max at Vcc_max and Max power consumption specs for PIII 733?
