Europe will go 10 years without WWeb? Gee, that's a long time. Sure, they might have some half-speed GPRS, but that's not good enough.
Okay, 10 years was your outer limit, but think back 10 years from now and compare it with now. Think of how things are moving. It would amaze me if Europe is not covered with some pretty good WWeb [better than GPRS] by 5 years from now.

That is a long time in politics and the competitive WebWorld.
