David: Re Globalstar USA. Seems as though the go ahead for the VOD (ATI) / Bell Atlantic / GTE wireless merger may mean more time available for management to concentrate on the US Globalstar roll out. Managements are supposedly separate, but pushing for approval of the merger must have had the highest priority for the top brass. Note: Trying to be hopeful - a.k.a. grasping at straws. Chaz
