Teflon: Agree on the advantages of investing in small, dynamic companies which are misnamed "shiny pebbles" on the other thread. Have been engaged in a one person attempt to modify both the misleading label and the rejection of small companies for consideration, regardless of merit, evidenced on the G&K Have given up there but am pleased that your thread permits such companies to be discussed seriously and in depth. Your ETA looks like a winner. Still in DD. Will look at EXDS. ITWO looks best of all from what I have learned so far. Best.
