I wonder if SSB has been a heavy buyer prior to their recommendation. Somebody has been.

Although I see the logic, it still surprises me to see PLRX punished so severely by the street for their deal with ESRX. For that matter, ESRX has lost half their value also. For someone who would not touch either of those stocks, this is rather fascinating. I suppose that shareholders with skin in the game would have different adjectives for it.
