JD.......Some news on "GTR" " Debt-burdened construction firm Grupo Tribasa (NYSE:GTR - news) remained silent over its capitalization plans during a shareholder meeting Monday, sources who attended the gathering said. Tribasa was expected to present a proposal to holders to modify its capital structure in order to have access to more shares which are currently held by Tribasa's accounting area. The company's shares ended at 2.2 pesos Monday and its ADRs finished at 7/16 on Wall Street. * Back in April, Tribasa said it would inject some $180 million into the company but it still hasn't completed the operation."
