I'm skeptical on this.

Following their line of thinking:

If you already had the cold, then the virus would already be attached, thus their product wouldn't work.

Also the wording homeopathic means it hasn't been fda approved (I think)

the active ingredient is Zincum Gluconium (if its correctly named, I'm guessing the ingredients are zinc and glucose.)

I did some hunting around and here is a patent that sounds quite familiar:

patents.uspto.gov

The invention disclosed and claimed is a method to reduce duration of common colds in humans as evinced by reduction of duration of 10 common cold symptoms through use of zinc
gluconate topically and frequently applied to the oral mucosa

has an interesting quote. I have no idea if its true or not. a lot of the homeopathic stuff is just talk and if you think it works, then it works...

All zinc citrate lozenges or zinc gluconate with citric acid have negative ZIA values and are believed to act as primary (T-cell) immunosuppressants. Their use in HIV patients or other immunosuppressed patients for a prolonged time could lead to serious sequela and possibly DEATH.

But what is a negative ZIA value?

IT sounds like they have no real data here to substantiate the claims....
