Hi Dave, As Im sure you can appreciate, we process thousands of Credit Card charges on the 1st of every month. You are correct that your card was declined. Our processing firm sends an email to each subscriber whose card was declined advising them of same. We also follow up with a series of emails aimed at getting you to contact us to arrange alternate payment. You did not respond to any of these emails. Our only alternative is to terminate your service until you contacted us, which you did. We were then prepared to reinstate your service, which I believe you declined.
