Not a single upgrade... After all this bloodletting in the E&P's and the OSX I guess I would expect a few upgrades since many E&P's are now approaching or at march levels. I have yet to see any the past few days. Granted that's typical of the analyst, but when are they going to pound the table? When we're below march levels? In this day and age of the momentum investor, I learning this sector is purely for trading... Very, very frustrated.
