What do others have to say on this? Can ATHM officers legally consider pursuing alternatives, to the extent of evaluating them for supplanting their communal parents in a manner that would stand up in court? My thoughts exactly, about whether T should be out making 'deals' with other ISP's while under exclusive contract with AtHome! Are we to be subject to our boat getting rocked every time T goes out and makes another deal?
