Because:

1) They aren't trading at 100x sales.

2) They aren't involved in some sort of chewing gum/erectile dysfunction/exploding battery scam.

3) He didn't see it coming.

4) He can't have an impact on that market(makes it too hard to call).

5) Too busy filibustering other threads.
