I cannot comprehend why, in this day and age, BW has left such a wide opening for future class action suits.

This puzzles me as well. Is the guy crazy? He's practically guaranteed trouble for himself somewhere done the line by making a promise he can't possibly keep. Sleazy bb companies issue misleading and/or fraudulent press releases all the time. BW distributes thousands of releases each week. They can't possibly research them all, and I don't see why they should even try. It isn't their job: they're not a news agency, nor are they financial analysts.

Just my opinion, naturally.
