Ross Systems Announces New Agreements

ATLANTA, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems, announced today several new agreements. Midwest Ground Covers, Inc. licensed Ross' iRenaissance Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Midwest Ground Covers, located in St. Charles, Illinois, is a leading grower of perennial plants. It maintains three farms in Illinois and Michigan and two other businesses that distribute horticulture supplies.

In Spain, rental car company, Autotransporte Turistico Espanol, SA (ATESA), licensed Ross' iRenaissance Financial Systems. In addition, AXO, a business reseller for Ross, licensed five "Ross in the Box" units for implementation in ceramic companies in the Valencia region. "Ross in the Box" is a pre-configured version of iRennaisance targeted at small companies with less than 25 users.
