I am not sure mentioning the names of the companys who approached I-Link would be an intelligent thing to do. But, you probably know that many knew 7.9cpm phone deals popped up after the Microsoft/AT&T fiasco a few months ago. Two of those companies, one a very well-healed MLM company went to I-Link and another newer Telcom MLM couldn't get access to I-link's technology. Try as they did, they were turned away. But like I said, I don't need to do a great deal of the kind of DD you have suggested. I did some of it and saw the insiders holdings just as you did. My attention is on the product itself. That is where the value of I-Link is for me. I purchased stock at a fairly good price. Sold it once at a profit. And then bought it back and am now going to sit long on it.
