its interactive television show known as AuctionsTelevision (www.auctionstelevision.com) from 8 markets to 95 U.S. television markets beginning Jan. 8, 2000.

AuctionsTelevision is a unique spin on the ''home shopping'' concept. The show stars Ted Dawson, Misha DiBono, and Johnny Mann. From your home you are
able to bid on selected unique merchandise -- there are no minimums and no reserves. Merchandise ranges from sports memorabilia to Mercedes Benz automobiles.
Some of the selected items are in quantities and the viewers are invited to buy the items at a high bid price which is often a fraction of the original price.

AuctionsTelevision will be shown in 18 of the top 20 TV markets, and 25 of the top 30 markets in the USA (see attached list). Triangle Multi-Media Ltd. will be
