TRP "The range of trading was too narrow on friday to be the exhaustion stage even though volume was high. We should be testing new lows and probably hit bottom sometime this week on even bigger volume.The following day it should then bounce and drop again to retest low, typically on the second day after the decline is the best time to buy once the buying begins near the end of the day . Put a stop loss just below the Low because if it break again it will drop further,But i doubt it this time. Now we are getting somewhere. Todays range in trading is what I wanted to see 1.65 from the high to low and a total of -2.40 from yesterdays close on very good volume. Tomorrow should see more selling as retail investors see their portfolio in this stock has collapsed. With over 460 million shares outstanding , I would doubt that todays low 13.10 holds if all we do is 10-15 million shares today. This stock may need 2-3 days of good volume in order to find its range. One good thing is they have cut back the dividend(which was expected), but they have already announced next years dividend of 0.80 , which at 13.00 is a %6.2 return .Hmmmmm. How many stocks will give you a guaranteed return of 6.2 with a potential of price appreciation? Like I said before this company is NOT going bankrupt , and if anything they are a takeover tarket at these prices. I have been seeing a lot of big crosses today , which means people are bailing , but the important thing to ask is Who is buying ? I guarantee that the brokers will be on the phones in the new year selling TRP to boomers as a safe income stock. Vitalsigns Disclaimer : this is not an offer to buy or sell.
