Susan, I see you sold you ISLD. Do you always sell for short term profits? I'll hold the promising ones and sell those that I think have peaked quickly. (i.e. held ISLD, sold ASDS)

You must make enough so you don't mind the tax on short term gains -- but the 39% (or 28%) rate can really hurt.
