Let's assume that ATHM can, and perhaps has, explored the feasibility of connecting to alternative distribution systems; in fact, we know they already offer DSL and they have a large stake in NPNT. What benefit to ATHM is there to negotiate away their exclusivity relationship, in exchange for removing the MSO's from the board? What benefit to the MSO's?
