Clinton is the type of guy who will jump at every opportunity to try and make himself look "good", even though his thought process is extremely "ugly" and self-serving. Do not be surprised if he is paving the way for fascism in this country, as presidential candidate Alan Keyes so believes at this time... I have very little doubt in my mind that Mr. Clinton is praying for a national crisis deep enough to declare some type of national emergency, so he can be "dictator" for a while longer and punish his enemies (not enemies of our country though) even more severely than he already has. This is every power hungry egotistical madman's dream... Yogi
