PICA has, I believe, about 9.5 million shares fully diluted. This includes a recent private placement of about 200-250k shares thus giving them a current market cap (at C$2.50) of C$ 23.75M or US$15.90.

MNTX, according to Bloomberg, is showing 10.6M shares issued. At C$1.20 this would give them a market cap of C$12.7M or US$8.5M.
